L2 Application support

Scope of Work & Responsibilities

✅ 6–9 Years Experience (Senior L2 Support)

  • Provide Level 2 support for Java-based applications in production
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents & service requests
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for validation and reporting
  • Analyze and troubleshoot application code
  • Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams
  • Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base
  • Prepare weekly/monthly operational reports
  • Participate in service review meetings and problem management reviews

Technical Skills:

  • Strong in Java, JavaScript, SQL (hands-on)
  • Understanding of Middleware and API Gateway
  • Experience in production support environments

Must-Have

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
