L2 Application support
Scope of Work & Responsibilities
✅ 6–9 Years Experience (Senior L2 Support)
- Provide Level 2 support for Java-based applications in production
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents & service requests
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions
- Write and optimize SQL queries for validation and reporting
- Analyze and troubleshoot application code
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams
- Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base
- Prepare weekly/monthly operational reports
- Participate in service review meetings and problem management reviews
Technical Skills:
- Strong in Java, JavaScript, SQL (hands-on)
- Understanding of Middleware and API Gateway
- Experience in production support environments
