L2 Application support
Scope of Work & Responsibilities
✅ 1–3 Years Experience (Junior L2 Support)
- Provide L2 support for application issues
- Monitor and manage batch processing (EOD/BOD cycles)
- Restart failed jobs and validate outputs
- Maintain operational checklists and runbooks
- Support troubleshooting and deployment rollback activities
Technical Skills:
- Strong in Java, JavaScript, SQL (hands-on)
- Understanding of Middleware and API Gateway
- Experience in production support environments
Must-Have
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
