L2 Application support

Scope of Work & Responsibilities

✅ 1–3 Years Experience (Junior L2 Support)

  • Provide L2 support for application issues
  • Monitor and manage batch processing (EOD/BOD cycles)
  • Restart failed jobs and validate outputs
  • Maintain operational checklists and runbooks
  • Support troubleshooting and deployment rollback activities

Technical Skills:

  • Strong in Java, JavaScript, SQL (hands-on)
  • Understanding of Middleware and API Gateway
  • Experience in production support environments

Must-Have

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
