Responsibilities

• Prepare, produce, and present shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction drawings that meet project and design requirements
• Review, clarify, and amend client or consultant portfolios, drawings, and plans to finalize design presentations
• Lead presentation proposals by integrating client and consultant feedback to secure design approval
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and vendors during site meetings to ensure project alignment
• Monitor site work progress and perform accurate site measurements to verify compliance with design specifications
• Adapt to additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support project and team objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Use AutoCAD proficiently to create and modify detailed landscape drawings
• Utilize Adobe Photoshop and MS Office applications (Word, Excel) to support design documentation and presentations
• Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders to facilitate project coordination
• Apply strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in drawings and site measurements
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a positive working attitude in all tasks
• Exercise self-discipline and work independently with minimal supervision
• Show eagerness to learn and a genuine interest in landscape design
• Be available to start work on short notice

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (full day) Saturday (half day)
