Lead Assistant Manager - Campaign Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Execution & Channel Activation

o Execute omni-channel demand generation campaigns in US, including outbound email, paid digital, remarketing, content syndication, social media, events, webinars, and nurture programs.

o Collaborate with portfolio and industry marketing teams to activate GTM strategies, solution/product launches, and ABM programs, customized for regional markets.

o Coordinate campaign assets (landing pages, ad copy, microsites, audience lists, social posts, emails, sales collateral) to ensure timely and precise execution across geographies.

1. Strategic Planning: Lead the development of campaign strategies aligned with company objectives, target audiences, and market trends.
2. Campaign Ownership: Manage the complete lifecycle of campaigns from concept through execution and postlaunch performance assessment.
3. Cross functional Leadership: Work closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to ensure campaigns align with larger business objectives and deliver targeted outcomes.
4. Data Driven Optimization: Use advanced analytics to continuously monitor, adjust, and improve campaigns to meet KPIs (such as customer engagement, acquisition, and retention).
5. Team Mentoring: Mentor and guide Assistant Managers, promoting knowledge sharing and ensuring high-quality deliverables from the team.
6. Innovative Tactics: Identify and implement innovative approaches for campaign personalization, audience segmentation, and channel specific strategies.

Bachelor�s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 5-7 years of experience in campaign management, with a focus on strategy, multi-channel execution, and performance optimization. Experience leading a team or mentoring junior staff is preferred.
