Title and Summary

Lead BizOps Engineer F/T

Overview
Support daily operations with a distinct focus on triage, impact mitigation and root cause identification through a depth of knowledge for corresponding products.

Role
• Proactively manage production and change activities to maximize customer experience and increase the overall value of supported applications.
• Centralizing points of interaction for both internal and external partners by communicating effectively with all key stakeholders.
• Align product and customer focused priorities with operational needs role.
• Lead efforts for protect and enable teams responsible for implementing DevOps practices, production readiness, and compliance for Mastercard core applications.
• Lead corporate security operations efforts (speed to resolution, bridging the gap between business partners, developers, SLA management, and key support teams.
• Lead activities for continuous delivery / continuous improvement, automate existing technical processes, enhanced monitoring, and identify efficiencies for Crypto service applications.
• Engage in and improve the whole lifecycle of services from inception and design, through deployment, operation, and refinement.

About You
• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Systems Administrator, IT Consultant or related.
• Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience.
• Qualifying experience must include at least one (1) year with each of the following: Application lifecycle management (ALM); Change management; Automation; Developing scripts; Software engineering concepts and methodologies; Information security standards and principles auditing, compliance and SDLC; Monitoring, measuring availability, latency and overall system health.
• Rate of pay: $120,661.00 – 187,000.00 / year

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
