Title and Summary
Senior Software Engineer F/TOverviewDevelop, execute and maintain scripts in Jmeter, Blazemeter, Gatling or similar load testing tools.
Role.
• Perform log file analysis, run queries and monitor load during performance testing.
• Understand user behavior and scenarios during peak and off-peak times and simulate them in performance environment.
• Work closely with application development, Architecture, Infrastructure and Engineering teams for test data, planning, analysis, success criteria.
• Handle projects end to end individually which involves activities like- requirement gathering, designing scenario, execution & analysis of different tests and reporting results with recommendations.
• Prepare performance Test Strategy, Test plan, Test closure report, workload model for web application, API, etc.
• Responsible for Operations support and Production Management of the MasterCard Digital Enablement System.
About You
• Position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related and eight (8) years of experience in job offered or as a Performance Test Engineer, Programmer Analyst, System Test Engineer, Quality Assurance Engineer, or related. In lieu of Bachelor's degree, the employer will accept two (2) additional years of work experience.
• Qualifying experience must include at least four years of experience with each of the following: PCF, OAuth, Blazemeter, Jmeter, Scrum, XP, Appdynamics, Dynatrace, CI/CD, Jenkins.
• Rate of pay: $189,592 - $221,000.00
• Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
