Lead Business Analyst - AI Solutioning
We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst – AI Solutioning to drive business analysis activities across key initiatives, ensuring business needs are clearly defined, prioritized, and translated into actionable solutions. This role plays a critical part in driving product success by influencing decisions, improving processes, and ensuring delivery of high-quality digital and data products. Responsibilities Lead requirement gathering and shape problem definition with senior business stakeholders across Marketing, External vendors and Commercial Translate complex business needs into clear, structured user stories and functional specifications Partner closely with Product Managers to refine product vision, roadmap and priorities Own backlog quality, ensuring user stories are well-defined, prioritized and ready for development Facilitate workshops and discussions to drive alignment across cross-functional teams Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and shared understanding Support and guide development teams during delivery, ensuring requirements are correctly implemented Lead UAT processes and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations Analyze user behavior, feedback and data to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement Ensure data integrity and alignment by working closely with data/platform teams Drive best practices in business analysis, documentation and ways of working within the team Support capability development within the function Requirements 10-14 years of overall professional experience, with strong background as a Business Analyst in digital, data or product environments Expertise in Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, BRD and FRD Proficiency in Stakeholder Management, Requirement Analysis and Requirement Lifecycle Management Background in AI Solutioning and Data Analysis Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making Experience working in agile product teams with end-to-end delivery exposure Strong analytical thinking with ability to synthesize insights from multiple data sources Capability to handle ambiguity and translate it into structured outputs Skills in User Story Definition, Agile Delivery and Backlog Ownership Competency in Process Optimization, UAT Leadership and Workshop Facilitation Strong Communication, Problem Solving and Digital Transformation skills Nice to have Experience in marketing, insights or analytics-related products Familiarity with data platforms, AI/GenAI or digital tools
