Lead Centre Manager

  • Lead and support centre supervisors and teams to ensure consistent service standards, smooth operations, and a positive staff culture.

  • Manage manpower planning, recruitment support, training, and roster deployment to ensure adequate staffing across centres.

  • Develop, review, and enforce SOPs, contingency plans, and operational policies to ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational standards.

  • Monitor centre performance data (attendance, programme participation, reporting) and ensure timely submission to management and relevant authorities.

  • Oversee procurement, vendor management, facility maintenance, and incident management to ensure efficient and safe operations.

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate senior engagement programmes, including befriending initiatives, while driving volunteer management and community partnerships.

Requirement

  • Diploma/Degree in Social Work, Gerontology, Nursing or related healthcare field.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations, team leadership, and stakeholder management
