We are seeking an experienced nursing leader to oversee nursing operations, mentor clinical teams, and champion high standards of patient care within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily nursing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care delivery
• Guide, mentor, and support nursing teams through coaching, training, and performance development
• Develop, review, and implement nursing policies, procedures, and clinical best practices
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, professional standards, and hospital protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care quality and operational excellence
• Manage staffing allocation, rostering, and nursing manpower planning
• Support orientation and professional development initiatives for nursing staff
• Monitor resource utilisation and maintain operational efficiency within the department
• Drive continuous improvement projects and contribute to service excellence initiatives

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing
• Valid SNB and BCLS certification
• At least 3–4 years of supervisory, leadership, or management experience in nursing
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
• Passion for delivering excellent patient care and fostering a positive clinical environment
