We are looking for an accomplished Healthcare Operations Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence, service quality, and continuous improvement across healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operational and administrative activities to ensure efficient service delivery and smooth departmental workflows.
• Collaborate with clinical and multidisciplinary teams on operational planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and service enhancement initiatives.
• Manage workforce scheduling, payroll coordination, staffing administration, and operational documentation.
• Analyse performance indicators and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure accurate management of records, databases, confidential information, and compliance-related processes.
• Oversee procurement activities, inventory management, equipment maintenance, and resource planning.
• Drive quality improvement projects and support operational preparedness for audits, accreditation exercises, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and supervise operational support teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.
• Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing patient journeys, operational efficiency, and organisational performance.

Requirements

• Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Proven experience in healthcare operations, clinical operations, or healthcare administration.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities with a collaborative working style.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Proficient in operational reporting, workforce scheduling, and administrative systems.
