Lead HR Manager

Our client is looking for a Lead HR Manager to join their team and drive HR excellence in alignment with business goals.

This is a hands-on HR operations role withexposure to regional work across Singapore, China, and Vietnam. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering HR services across the full employee life cycle, ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience, while also supporting HR initiatives that contribute to broader business objectives.

This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, eager to learn, and motivated to grow with the company. The role requires confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders, and Mandarin-speaking capability is required to liaise with China stakeholders.

Candidates who are able to start immediately or within short notice will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment andselection process to fulfil talent acquisition needs, including sourcingcandidates and conducting interviews.
  • Work in collaboration withcountry HR teams in Singapore, China, and Vietnam to lead the review,development, and implementation of corporate-wide HR policies and procedures inline with business needs and statutory requirements.
  • Lead compensation and benefitsprograms, including payroll calculation, performance management, jobevaluation, rewards planning, healthcare insurance, and related areas. Act asthe HR representative on the Board’s Remuneration Committee.
  • Identify training needs, sourceand implement training programs to meet developmental needs.
  • Provide HR advisory support tobusiness leaders and employees, including addressing grievances and handlingdisciplinary matters.
  • Oversee onboarding andoffboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and departingemployees.
  • Drive HR initiatives forcontinuous improvement. Conduct data collection, organizational analysis, andfeedback gathering to develop HR solutions, such as a corporate HR informationsystem.
  • Oversee the day-to-dayadministrative operations of the office, ensuring the smooth functioning ofoffice facilities, supplies, and IT systems. Be involved in travelarrangements, visa applications, and meeting coordination for seniormanagement.
  • Prepare monthly reports andmetrics at Group level to support data-driven decision-making and managementreview.
  • Perform any other duties as maybe required from time to time.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR regulations, and industrybest practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder managementskills.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships across all levels ofthe organization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-makingcapabilities.
  • Open to travel as needed for the role.
