WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Lead, Marketing &Business Growth, you will front the go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy and drive demand generation for SaaS and insurance solutions. You will design and execute marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility, generate qualified leads and translate campaigns into measurable business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Brand Positioning & GTM Strategy

  • Differentiate the brand across the regional InsurTech and financial services ecosystem.
  • Own regional GTM strategies that elevate brand equity and establish industry thought leaderships
  • Design hyper-targeted campaigns using Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to accelerate high-value enterprise pipelines.
  • Optimize the MarTech stack and CRM to track, measure and prove marketing ROI.

Partner Enablement & Commercial Growth

  • Co-market with strategic partners to build joint campaigns that drive software implementation and adoption.
  • Equip regional sales teams with high-impact collateral, localized messaging, and pitch kits for fast closures.
  • Align marketing deliverables directly with corporate revenue goals and measurable business growth.
  • Launch new products seamlessly by syncing timelines across Product, Sales, and Partner channels.

Client Relationship Support & Engagement

  • Engage C-suite executives directly to build trust, support the sales cycle, and influence decision-making.
  • Produce elite content tailored specifically to the complex needs of financial services professionals.
  • Deepen client loyalty through targeted social media interaction, executive roundtables, and email journeys.

Industry Visibility, Fairs & Awards

  • Secure top industry awards to validate technology capabilities and boost B2B brand credibility.
  • Lead major trade fair presence from physical booth strategy to executive meeting schedules.
  • Host exclusive hospitality events and executive roundtables at key industry events to deepen C-suite relationships.
  • Maximize event ROI by converting fair attendance into qualified pipeline opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing and GTM, preferably within financial services or InsurTech.
  • Proven success in demand generation, pipeline conversion, and GTM execution.
  • Strong understanding of insurance workflows, compliance requirements, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex solutions.
  • Hands‑on experience with AI‑powered marketing and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot AI, Salesforce Einstein, LinkedIn AI features, ChatGPT/Copilot for content generation, AI‑driven analytics dashboards).
  • Ability to design and optimize AI‑enabled campaigns (predictive lead scoring, automated nurturing, personalization engines).
  • Familiarity with AI‑driven customer engagement (chatbots, recommendation systems, conversational marketing).
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Canva, Outreach, and Google Workspace.
  • Creative, data‑driven mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Self‑starter with a passion for fintech innovation, AI adoption, and client engagement.
