We are building a Lead UIPath Developer role to own low-code/no-code automation delivery with UIPath and turn Product Owner goals into working solutions. You will design, ship, and support automations end to end while partnering closely with the Automation & Productivity squad to raise standards and impact; apply now. Responsibilities * Design and develop automation solutions with UIPath by using pre-built templates and following a structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for automation scripts * Partner with the Product Owner to capture and clarify technology needs, translating them into effective automation solutions * Own the automation lifecycle from solution design through development, testing, and deployment to improve productivity across the project * Collaborate within the Automation & Productivity squad to share best practices and provide guidance * Define and evolve automation standards and guidelines to support consistent delivery * Monitor Low Code/No Code and automation trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance automation capabilities Requirements * Proven track record with 5+ years of strong proficiency in UIPath, including hands-on delivery of automation solutions using the tool * Solid understanding of Low Code/No Code principles with the ability to apply templates effectively to speed up automation development * Hands-on experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies to ensure automation scripts are reliable and high quality * Excellent communication skills paired with a consistently professional approach * Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking to design efficient automation solutions * Demonstrated passion for automation and a desire to drive innovation within the project * English proficiency at B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) We offer * International projects with top brands * Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers * Healthcare benefits * Employee financial programs * Paid time off and sick leave * Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses * Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ courses * Global career opportunities * Volunteer and community involvement opportunities * EPAM Employee Groups * Award-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn
