Learning and Development Manager (Logistics)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce capability needs.
- Identify competency gaps and recommend learning solutions to strengthen organizational effectiveness
- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to support talent development and succession planning initiatives.
- Conduct training needs analysis across operational, corporate, and leadership functions.
- Design and manage learning roadmaps, technical training, leadership development, onboarding, and soft skills programs.
- Drive leadership and management development initiatives to strengthen leadership pipeline and employee capabilities.
- Benchmark learning practices and introduce innovative learning solutions to enhance employee development.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business
- At least 5 years of L&D experience
- MNC experience will be a plus
- Tech-Savvy and Ability to Digitalise/Automate
