Learning and Development Manager (Logistics)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce capability needs.
  • Identify competency gaps and recommend learning solutions to strengthen organizational effectiveness
  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to support talent development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Conduct training needs analysis across operational, corporate, and leadership functions.
  • Design and manage learning roadmaps, technical training, leadership development, onboarding, and soft skills programs.
  • Drive leadership and management development initiatives to strengthen leadership pipeline and employee capabilities.
  • Benchmark learning practices and introduce innovative learning solutions to enhance employee development.


Requirements:

  • Degree in Business
  • At least 5 years of L&D experience
  • MNC experience will be a plus
  • Tech-Savvy and Ability to Digitalise/Automate
