Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and affable individuals who can work in a challenging and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to walk-in customers and incoming phone enquiries to provide accurate information and assistance
  • Conduct course consultations and ensure timely follow-up to support prospective and current students
  • Address and resolve general feedback and complaints to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Perform general administrative tasks including accurate data entry and organized filing to support office operations
  • Process new student registrations and payments efficiently to ensure smooth enrollment
  • Provide administrative support to teachers by preparing materials needed for classes
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required to support team and operational needs
  • Adapt to rotating shifts including weekends to maintain continuous service coverage

Required competencies and certifications

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking associates
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel for administrative and data management tasks

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Completion of at least A Level or Diploma
  • O Level graduates with relevant working experience
  • Strong passion for customer service
  • Meticulous and systematic approach to administrative procedures

  • Work locations include Sengkang, Punggol, Yishun, Pasir Ris, Tengah, and Chua Chu Kang
