Logistic and Shipping Coordinator $3.1K (EAA)

Job Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders into system.
• Advise customer upon order completion, coordinate and follow up delivery order completion and shipment photos.
• Plan and coordinate logistics activities with customers, forwarders and transporter.
• Follow up on delivery orders, documentation with customers on timely basis.|
• Daily label printing and recording.
• Issue cargo tally sheets.
• Manage and coordinate outgoing shipments for container schedule.
• Plan and update shipping schedule.
• Assist the logistics team with other ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• NITEC/Diploma in any discipline
• 1 year of relevant working experience in Shipping and Logistics
