6 months contract Logistic Coordinator $3.5K (EAA)

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and verify outbound shipment documents and shipment quantities.
• Prepare and print shipping labels according to shipment requirements.
• Coordinate carton and pallet preparation based on shipping documentation.
• Liaise with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure cargo availability for shipment.
• Verify that all cartons and pallets are correctly labeled and shipment-ready.
• Reconcile carton and pallet quantities against shipment reports.
• Coordinate loading activities and ensure shipping documentation is properly completed and signed.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and organize all signed documents for filing and audit purposes.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain.
• 1 year of freight forwarding or logistics experience.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
