Logistics and Shipping Coordinator | West | Perm | Up to $3100 #NKA

Location: Jurong Pier Road (Pickup at Lakeside)

Working Hours: 8:15am - 5:30pm, Friday 8:30am - 5pm

Salary: Up to $3100 + AWS

Job Responsibilities:
1) Process customer orders into system

2) Advise customer upon order completion, coordinate and follow up delivery order completion and shipment photos

3) Plan and coordinate logistics activities with customers, forwarders and transporter

4) Follow up on delivery orders, documentation with customers on timely basis

5) Daily label printing and recording

6) Issue cargo tally sheets

7) daily checking and printing of Blending Instructions\

8) manage and coordinate outgoing shipments (vessel) for container schedule

9) Plan and update shipping schedule

10) Daily tank truck loading schedule update & time slot booking

11) Daily outgoing goods monitoring and follow up

12) Assist the logistics team with other ad-hoc duties as required
