URGENT! Perm | Sea Freight Export Coordinator | East | Up to $4400 #NKA

Location: Changi South

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 5:30

Salary: Up to $4400

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end ocean export shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing in internal systems.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, permits, customs, and dangerous goods requirements.
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, overseas offices, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Monitor shipment status, resolve operational issues, and communicate cargo incidents or delays to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with customer SOPs, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Handle invoicing, cost updates, invoice discrepancies, cargo claims, and quotation tracking.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, documentation, and customer reports within established timelines.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar position in Freight Forwarding, Field Operations, Consolidation Planning and Scheduling
• Intermediate to advanced MSO applications
