Logistics Operations Specialist

Job Description


-Oversees a company's operational workflow, inventory and equipment.


-Resolve operational issues and disputes promptly, or prevent it from

even occurring.


-Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and

merchants to ensure proper operations of the company with brief

summary to the Management.


-Submit proposals or suggestions with supporting back up examples

which can improve the workflow and increase profit margins within

the organisation.


-Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols, this

includes a proper onboarding documentation process for all

departments (Operational Handbook).


-Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to

enhance the company's internal capacity.


Requirements


5.5 work days per week, OT when necessary.

(Modays to Fridays): 9am to 6pm.

(Saturdays): 9am to 1pm, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.


Strong excel knowledge & passion to go above and beyond.


Skills


Management in Skills Multi Tasking Warehousing.
