- Provide excellent customer service and personalised shopping experiences
- Assist customers with luxury bag recommendations based on their preferences and lifestyle needs
- Build strong relationships with customers and maintain high service standards
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling
- Handle cashiering duties and process transactions accurately
- Support stock replenishment, merchandising, and boutique presentation standards
- Stay updated on product knowledge, new collections, and promotions
✅ Requirements
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Experience in luxury retail or fashion industry will be advantageous
- Passion for luxury fashion, bags, and customer engagement
- Well-groomed with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven, confident, and service-oriented personality
- Comfortable working retail hours and weekends
