• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner
• Recommend suitable products and provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience
• Drive sales and achieve individual and store sales targets
• Handle cashiering duties and process transactions accurately
• Support stock replenishment, inventory handling, and merchandise organisation
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and attractive product displays
• Handle customer enquiries, exchanges, and after-sales support professionally
• Stay updated on promotions, new arrivals, and brand product knowledge
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations

✅ Requirements

• Prior retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Experience in fashion, footwear, or women’s retail products will be advantageous
