M&E CONDINATOR

Job Description

• Co-ordination and supervision of M&E works
• Liaise with M&E Consultants
• Ascertain and make provision for all M&E and building services in collaboration with the project staff
• Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with authority requirements
• Highlight and advise the project staff on the interfacing of M&E services and the building works
• Coordination with multiple parties not limiting to design consultants / engineers, clients’ project representatives, statutory /authority agencies etc. for the establishment of the design deliverables requirements for submission
• Review design deliverables together with the design consultants / engineers and ensure that it is in order for submission
• Attend to technical clarifications as and when required to address technical issues and establish method statements
• Project Management and sites supervision works.
• Able to coordinate with contractors and consultants for engineering issues and drawing plans.
• Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems and procedures.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience after tertiary education in relevant field in the construction supervision of E&M building services works for residential projects of similar scale, complexity, and nature of work, including A&A works within existing residential developments.
• Holds Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in coordination of transit projects with BIM with full understanding of the design approval process and BCA TOP process.
• Logical thinking and analytical skills
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Having experiences in High-Rise Residential Project would be bonus and advantageous.
• Willing to work in site office.
