M&E Coordinator
Job Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Project Manager and M&E Manager and coordinating M&E activities across the project.
- Coordinate all M&E-related issues with the Project Engineer and Architectural Supervisor to ensure smooth workflow and resolve technical discrepancies.
- Coordinate service requirements for both site work and pre-cast production, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Schedule work activities, inspections, and ensure that all tasks are completed on time, meeting project deadlines and quality standards.
- Monitor and track the progress of M&E works, providing regular updates to the Project Manager and ensuring alignment with the overall project schedule.
- Ensure all M&E work complies with approved drawings, specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related fields; PE Board recognized degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, with strong coordination experience in M&E systems.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, BIM software, or other relevant M&E design tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and industry best practices related to M&E systems.
