M&E COORDINATOR

Job Description & Requirements

  • Attend technical meetings with consultants and internal meeting;

  • Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants,internal C&S /Archi teams and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues,to ensure M&E works comply to code of practice, authority requirements.

  • Prepare shop dwg and CSD/CPD dwg ,OMM/AS BUILT dwg etc for approval.

  • Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to M&E works;

  • Control the overall progress of M&E works on site.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • have HDB/Residence construction experience.
  • Able to work independently and possess strong leadership quality
  • Experience in PBU, authority submission/ application such as water turn on, power turn on etc.

  • Experience in RI /TOP.

  • with A&A project or hotel project experience
