You will be based in Groot-Bijgaarden, Belgium, reporting to the Service Delivery Manager based in Belgium.
What you will do
Travel to customer sites to:
- Prepare and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities on Tetra Pak equipment.
- Perform problem-solving and troubleshooting on cutting-edge technologies.
- Drive continuous improvement at customer sites.
- Install and commission Tetra Pak equipment and rebuilding/upgrade kits.
- Communicate ongoing service activities and any issues affecting the customer or service quality to relevant Tetra Pak stakeholders.
- Act as a Tetra Pak ambassador at all times, ensuring strong - long term working relationships with customers and colleagues and representing our values and reputation with integrity.
- Ensure compliance with safety, food quality and reporting standards.
We believe you have
- A technical or engineering background, including mechanical experience and industrial electronics. Experience in automation is a plus.
- Strong hands-on problem-solving skills, with an ability to prioritize and work methodically.
- An attitude to represent Tetra Pak to our customers, such as:

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build a trust-based relationship with customers.
