Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong background in the manufacturing industry to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment and facility systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to ensure maximum equipment uptime and safe operations.
Hours: 7:30am-3:30pm (OT Opportunities Available)
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and production equipmentTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsDiagnose equipment failures and implement effective repairs to minimize downtimeMaintain and service motors, conveyors, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, and automated machineryRead and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical manualsSupport equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvementsDocument maintenance activities, work orders, and parts usage using CMMSEnsure compliance with safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policiesCollaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to improve equipment reliabilityMaintain facility systems such as HVAC, lighting, and compressed air (as applicable)
