PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and determine root causes.
- Repair and replace defective parts, components, and systems.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery, equipment, and facilities.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and maintenance procedures.
- Assist with installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to minimize downtime.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
- Weld manufacturing weldments together as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, commercial, or related environment.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- PLC troubleshooting experience.
- Welding and fabrication skills.
- Electrical troubleshooting and motor controls knowledge.
- OSHA safety awareness and lockout/tagout procedures.

- Ability to work overtime, weekend, and on-call availability based on operations needs.
