Majors Account Executive

You will lead account planning and execution for major named accounts in the DACH region. You will develop and activate partner relationships to source pipeline and co-sell into accounts. You will run outbound motion, perform deep discovery, align with executives, and execute multi-threaded deals. You will translate platform capabilities into board-level narratives and own complex commercial negotiations to position the company as a long-term strategic infrastructure partner.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute multi-year account plans
  • Develop and activate partner relationships
  • Drive net-new revenue through outbound ownership and deep discovery
  • Align with executives and multi-thread across engineering, product, procurement, and legal
  • Translate platform capabilities into board-level narratives
  • Own complex commercial negotiations

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years enterprise SaaS experience with a track record of closing six and seven-figure deals
  • Experience working a partner-influenced or co-sell motion
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Disciplined account planner with executive relationship building experience
  • Fluent in MEDDPICC
  • Able to articulate AI and modern web technologies to senior engineering and product leadership
  • Value selling orientation focused on business outcomes
  • Strong forecasting discipline and systems hygiene
