Management and Program Analyst
About the Position: This position is located with the Directorate of Emergency Services, Fort Campbell, KY.
Serve as a staff analyst to design, review, develop, coordinate and monitor implementation of plans, policies, procedures, and the operations planning process.
Serve as the DES Services Safety Officer for Directorate of Emergency Services (DES).
Serve as the directorate Internal Control Administrator (ICA) as part of the Management Internal Control Program.
Serve as an officer on the Incident Command Team in accordance with Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Incident Command System structure during major incident response.
Conduct strategic and tactical plans and advises on implementation of new ideas, and creates improved procedures.
Recommend adjustments to policies, programs, projects and studies to resolve problems and to improve operations and efficiencies.
Represent Directorate of Emergency Services top level management with independent decision authority.
Conduct the performance analysis report for the directorate.
