MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and bake bread, cakes, pastries, and cookies according to recipes and quality standards to ensure consistent product quality

Handle heavy ingredients and baking equipment safely to support efficient production

Maintain a clean and organized workstation to comply with hygiene and safety requirements

Observe good personal hygiene habits to uphold food safety standards

Work on weekends and public holidays as required to meet production schedules

Collaborate with team members to support smooth bakery operations

Preferred with hands-on experience in a bakery and Class 3 licence

Passion for baking cakes, pastries, and cookies

Pleasant and unassuming personality to foster a positive team environment
