Management Trainee

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• seeking experienced and passionate personnel to join us in our Japanese fine-dining flagship outlet and causal dining restaurant;
• candidates have relevant experience in Japanese cuisine, meticulous and detailed in their presentation of food and service;
• well-groomed and comfortable working under stress and a demanding environment;
• successful applicants can expect good career progression and competitive remunerations;
• you should possess at least 2 years of experience in Japanese cuisine;
• preferably ready to start immediately or within a short notice period; and
• comfortable working a 6 day work week and split shift.
