Management Trainee

Management Trainee Responsibilities:

· Complete all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.

· Participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.

· Observe and learn from experienced staff members.

· Understand company policies, protocols, and processes.

· Take detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.

· Fulfil any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.

· Adhere to all company regulations, and health and safety codes.

· Prepare documents and updating records.

· Learn about conflict resolution and sitting in on disciplinary hearings.

· Travel to different offices and participating in daily operations as required.


Job Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in any disciplines or relevant.

· Strong critical thinking and analytical skills

· Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

· Able to work effectively both individually and in a team

· Proactive and inquisitive mindset with a desire to learn, question and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office
