As a Manager in Deals Strategy, you will lead a dynamic team within our Advisory Acceleration Center, supporting the US-based Deals Strategy practice. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the M&A landscape by guiding private equity and corporate clients in developing investment perspectives and value creation strategies. This role involves supporting clients with substantial assets under management and publicly traded companies, driving growth through strategic planning and execution.

As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to mentor junior staff and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and execution. You are accountable for project success, maintaining standards, and inspiring your team to deliver quality. You will identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm, embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery. Your role is crucial in fostering meaningful client relationships and navigating complex business issues from strategy to execution.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will develop standardized delivery modules, refine onboarding programs, and provide day-to-day coaching to your team. You will collaborate closely with US leadership to support client engagements, promote new ideas, and uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Responsibilities

- Leading teams in developing and implementing strategies aligned with Deals Strategy focus areas
- Managing client engagements from strategy development to execution, confirming alignment with client objectives
- Overseeing the creation and refinement of standardized delivery modules, including vendor benchmarking and survey analysis
- Providing day-to-day coaching and mentorship to team members on work-planning and problem-solving techniques
- Collaborating with US-based leadership to support client development and engagement efforts
- Promoting innovative ideas and services by applying industry knowledge and societal trends to create value for clients
- Engaging in practice enablement and business development activities, such as proposal responses and client workshops
- Driving initiatives to enhance innovation, including publishing whitepapers and developing business cases for technical ideas
- Translating client business requirements into visually enticing and user-friendly designs
- Staying informed on the latest M&A trends and continuously developing new skills
- Encouraging new methodologies and technology adoption to improve service delivery

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
