As a Business Continuity - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Risk and Compliance team, focusing on governance, risk, controls, and compliance. You will be instrumental in helping organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to effectively manage risks. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will provide advice and solutions that support our clients in maintaining regulatory compliance.

As a Manager, you will lead teams with a focus on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You will be accountable for the successful execution of projects, maintaining standards, and inspiring others to deliver quality. Your role will involve coaching and leveraging team members' unique strengths to meet expectations. With your growing business knowledge, you will identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. Embracing technology and innovation will be key to enhancing your delivery and encouraging others to do the same.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in necessary conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of business continuity plans to manage risks effectively
- Analyzing and identifying interactions within complex regulatory systems to enhance internal controls
- Managing projects from planning through completion, focusing on timelines and deliverables
- Collaborating with team leadership to validate quality and adherence to project goals
- Encouraging team members to expand their skills and embrace new challenges
- Mentoring team members to deepen their skills and improve performance
- Addressing conflicts and facilitating difficult conversations with stakeholders
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including compliance with regulatory requirements
- Providing regulatory compliance consulting to help organizations navigate complex landscapes
- Conducting risk analysis to inform business decisions and improve organizational resilience

What You Must Have

- Any Graduate
- At least 8 years of relevant experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Good knowledge of business continuity management principles, methodologies, and best practices. Knowledge of vendor resilience would be an added advantage.

- Demonstrating proficiency in Business Decisions and IT Audit
- Utilizing skills in Regulatory Compliance Consulting and Risk Analysis
