Manager
HR Business Partners perform a specialized type of HR work focused on HR consulting to the business leaders to execute the people agenda in line with business plans, people plan and client commitments.
- Drive workforce and manpower planning in collaboration with Operations, WFM, and TA, ensuring timely ramp‑ups, backfills, and staffing stability.
- Drive end‑to‑end performance management execution including goal alignment, annual reviews & rating governance and bottom quartile management.
- Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and escalations, ensuring policy adherence and proper documentation.
- Analyze attrition trends, absenteeism, and early‑warning indicators; implement targeted retention and corrective interventions at process level.
- Coach and guide frontline managers and people leaders on performance conversations, ER handling, attendance discipline, and policy interpretation.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives including focus groups, connect sessions, surveys, and action‑plan closures to improve employee experience.
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, redeployment, and exit governance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, information security norms, and audit expectations.
- Track and publish HR MIS and dashboards covering headcount, joiners/separations, attrition and ER metrics for business reviews.
- Represent HR in internal governance forums and support client reviews by proactively highlighting people risks and resolution plans.
- Provide administrative support to HR teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and coordinating HR events.
- Support execution of HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and general HR policies, escalating where required.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Assist with onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
MBA/PDGM (Full time) Degree in Human Resources with 9-12 years of relevant experience
