Manager, Field Sales
Job responsibility:
External - Customers – New & Existing
1. Develop and maintain strong existing customer relations and loyalty through ensuring customer satisfaction in owned territory
2. Respond to customer enquiries/complaints
3. Manages a defined portfolio of potential customers and wins them for a lasting business relationship with DGF
4. Responsible for establishing customer profiles and customer needs
5. Responsible for exploring Strategy BC customers, esp in OFR products
Internal - Sales Manager
1. Highlights to Sales Manager on observations of market dynamics for example competitors’ behavioural patterns
2. Updates sales manager on customer requests and business needs
3. Updates sales manager on junior Field Sales personal and business progress
Internal - AFR/OFR/TLM
1. Work with AFR/OFR/TLM to respond to customer inquiry
2. Maintain good communication and working relationship with company customers
3. Assist Sales Manager to liason with internal departments communications and meeting arrangements for business update
4. Leveraging OFR selling skills and knowledge to junior sales
Business Development
1. Implement and execute sales plan/strategy/activities to achieve target budgets
2. Responsible for conducting high quality presentation of the entire range of standardized products to customers
3. Establish and present customized offers to customers
Business Performance & Results
1. Prepare and realize planned sales calls
2. Achieve sales budget
Quality & Improvement
1. Ensure adherence to ISO standards in line with corporate instructions
2. Ensure internal audit co-ordinator to comply internal/external auditing requirements
Job requirements:
1. Colleague Degree & above
2. Good knowledge about DHL business
3. Good knowledge of Sales Platform
4. Sensitivity to company & market policy and regulation
5. Good knowledge of all products
6. Excellence knowledge of sales platform (eg, iSell, Quoteshop, FORWIN, Sales Dashboard, LECR)
7. Excellence knowledge of sales strategy, eg. Sales campaign
8. Good communication, sales skill and people skills
9. Good time management
10. Basic problem solvi ng
11. Basic consulative skill
12. Good presentation skill
13. Sensitive to customer requirement and market trend
14. Minimum 3 years in similar industry
15. Good English, native Chinese
16. Computer: Excellent Word, Excel and PPT skills
