Sales Excellence & Pricing Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead, develop, review, and optimize pricing strategies for eCommerce logistics products and solutions to ensure competitiveness , profitability in line with DGF target and guidelines.
2. Design and maintain pricing frameworks, rate cards, cost models, and P&L simulations
3. Collaborate closely with ACC, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to ensure pricing feasibility and effective execution
4. Provide customized pricing and commercial analysis for key accounts, strategic customers, tenders, and RFQs
5. Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to deliver actionable pricing insights
6. Participate and collaborate in country, regional and global pricing, commercial model, and system-related initiatives
7. Support annual and quarterly sales planning processes, including sales target breakdown, sales pipeline analysis, and target tracking
8. Lead initiatives and activities across various areas of sales such as planning, defining sales channels, segmenting customers, data/ metrics, etc. to increase effectiveness of the sales function
9. Enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency through measurement of KPIs, benchmarking and sharing of business development practices
10. Develop budgeting and sales incentive program to provide best in class solutions
11. Ensure preparation of adequate and timely materials to support front line sales teams in sales cycles
12. Ensure external research on market competitiveness, and consolidate industry statistics to enable business decisions and market growth projections
13. Analyze business, competitors and customers to identify information needs
Job Responsibility:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. 5+ years of experience in pricing, commercial analysis, sales planning, or related roles
3. Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, eCommerce or supply chain solutions
4. Familiarity with eCommerce logistics models (cross-border, fulfillment, by leg service etc.) is a strong advantage
5. Strong commercial and financial acumen with proven pricing and margin management capabilities
6. Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
7. Strong business judgment with the ability to balance growth and profitability
8. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in a global matrix organization
9. Proactive, result-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
10. Strategic mindset with solid project management capabilities
11. Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
