Job Description:

As Finance Manager

  • Overall supervision and smooth running of the Finance Department from day to day
  • Prepared and reviewing monthly management reports and submission to head office latest by 4th of the month.
  • Work closely with Tax Consultants in relation to company taxation.
  • Liaise with Company’s External Auditors for the finalization of annual accounts, interim audits and annual stocktaking.
  • Participate in stock reconciliation task and ensure the stocks are reconciled.
  • Liaise with Government and statutory bodies on matters relating to Company’s accounts.
  • Attending day to day administration of the Finance Department.
  • Assist and support the Head, Downstream Operations Indonesia and Head, Commercial Indonesia of SDGI PLR and SDGI Indonesia on financials for the Board meetings.
  • Preparation of finance projections as when required.
  • Preparation of the annual budget.
  • Actively participate in other quality management system initiatives in the company.
  • Review monthly submission of Government statistics.
  • Review submission of quarterly updates of costing report.
  • Prepare and review of tax for tax audits on yearly basis.
  • Prepared and review of monthly financial reporting.

As Procurement Manager

  • Ensure all purchase material, spare part, chemical & etc according to the SOP FPIT, and GPPA.
  • Ensure purchase request is approved upon creation of purchase orders.
  • Control process tender at SDGI PLR.
  • Ensure report MOR Purchasing for management meeting.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to get low prices, good quality and quick delivery.
  • Selecting & controlling suppliers and carrying out audits to supplier’s for SDGI PLR.
  • Ensure all purchases are in accordance with users' requests.
  • Ensure that all purchasing processes are well documented.
  • Ensure and control the procurement savings.
  • Follow up to suppliers on delivery of goods per-month.
  • Prepare and send a purchasing report to procurement SDGI Malaysia.
  • Control and documenting the use of CAPEX & OPEX budget for all departments.

As IT Manager

  • Ensure that all IT facilities at SDGI PLR and SDGI Indonesia run well.
  • Ensure Back Up data for all departments every 3 months.
  • Troubleshooting IT Infra (Computer, Laptop, CCTV, Printer, etc) or IT System (SAP, Sime Weight, CxC, etc) in SDGI PLR.
  • Ensure maintain IT Infra to supports IT requests from users of SDGI PLR and SDGI Indonesia.
  • Developing IT that is useful for the company.
  • Ensure IT inventory, user requests, IT Maintenance is well documented
  • Ensure all IT access user according to the EUC Policy & SoD Policy SAP.
  • Coordination with IT Minamas Jakarta, IT Malaysia, Procurement Minamas Jakarta & Procurement Malaysia for processes of purchasing for IT.
  • Auditor for Audit Internal all quality management system SDGI PLR and SDGI Indonesia.
  • Always participate as a committee for all events at SDGI PLR and SDGI Indonesia.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 10 years' experience handling Finance, Procurement and IT.
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to engage effectively across different levels of employees
  • Preferably at least an intermediate user of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address challenges efficiently and proactively.
