Your role at Baxter:

Ensure the supply and distribution of raw materials, finished goods, spare parts, and equipment (imported or locally produced). Guarantee quality standards, agreed SLAs, and the satisfaction level of internal and external customers. Additionally, plan, organize, and coordinate activities of the distribution center, local transportation, and international transportation, ensuring compliance with the organization’s strategies and objectives (safety, quality, deliveries, and people) in Brazil.

Act as sponsor and lead for logistics network improvement projects (DiNOs – Distribution Network Optimization).

What you'll be doing

  • Ensure customer satisfaction (internal & external) by meeting delivery timelines and quality standards.

  • Manage warehouse operations (20,000+ m², 24,000 pallet positions) and third-party logistics in Chile.

  • Oversee international and domestic transportation across Brazil.

  • Develop and manage logistics providers to improve service levels and reduce costs.

  • Ensure accurate inventory management and efficient material flow.

  • Optimize transportation and storage costs through network and freight strategies.

  • Lead import/export operations to support supply chain efficiency.

  • Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and report performance metrics.

  • Drive alignment with sales and maximize operational efficiency.

  • Lead logistics network optimization projects (DiNO, RFI/RFQ/RFP processes).

  • Manage and develop cross-functional teams (warehouse, transport, import/export).

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and Ethics & Compliance standards.

  • Identify market trends and continuous improvement opportunities.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in the field.

  • Postgraduate degree/MBA in Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field is a plus.

  • Project management experience.

  • Advanced English and Spanish.
