Manager - Merchandising

We are now seeking for a full-time Manager - Merchandising (Sweaters) to join our team in Hong Kong.

What you’ll do……

  • Manage the team to achieve division’s business objectives and to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Create and enhance long-term business relationships with customers to maximize business growth and opportunities

  • Direct the sourcing and product development process, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards

  • Provide solutions and support to ensure smooth production and manufacturing process

  • Monitor sales performance, budget analysis and implementation

  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations for product design and assortment planning.

  • Maintain ongoing and regular communication with vendor contacts including resolution of delivery issues with vendor base

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve efficiencies

  • Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Management

You will thrive in the role if you ……

  • Extensive experience and independently work with US customers

  • Strong sweater knowledge, and familiar with merchandising and product development process

  • Extensive experience in collaborating with offshore factories

  • Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded

  • Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem solving skills, able to meet deadlines

  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Occasional travel is required
