Manager - Special Projects

• Manage complete warehouse/3PL operations.
• Ensure achievement of operational KPIs and SLAs while maintaining high service standards.
• Oversee inventory management, stock accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Drive process improvement initiatives through LEAN, Kaizen, and operational excellence practices.
• Lead cost optimization initiatives through effective resource planning, space utilization, and waste reduction.
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and company policies.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams to maintain smooth warehouse operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions wherever required.

Qualifications -

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in managing end-to-end 3PL FMCG warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of LEAN, Kaizen, and process improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, and HSEQ compliance.
• Good communication, coordination, and team management skills.
