Managing Director

PURPOSE:

To direct and drive steer the company to the most profitable direction while also implementing its vision, mission and long-term business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute the Company’s business strategies to attain the goals of the Board.
• Formulate and administer Company’s policies, driving and coordinating Company activities to implement and meet the long-term targets and objectives.
• Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures.
• Conduct target setting and performance appraisal with key Company job-holders.
• Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance, motivation and organizational review to drive maximum performance.

REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Engineering, Business
• More than 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences.
• Strong GMP and regulatory compliance background
• Experience working with global headquarters and regional stakeholders
• Proven background in senior executive roles, such as General Manager, Director, or Managing Director
• Professional working proficiency in Japanese preferred
