Marine - Senior/Sales Support Executive

Aligning with our expansion plan, we are looking for a highly driven and meticulous Sales Support Executive to join us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and tender submissions on aftersales parts and service
• Generate purchase orders and coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance) to ensure smooth sales orders fulfillment
• Support warranty claims or service coordination when needed
• Assist in preparing price comparisons and cost calculations when required
• Monitor and update status of sales quotes and proposals to all key stakeholders
• Perform other assigned tasks or duties as needed.

Skills & Experience:

• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Well versed in purchasing and customer sales
• Experience in SAP will be highly regarded
• Good communication skills to liaise with the suppliers/customers
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Well organized and meticulous.

Qualifications/Education:

• Diploma (in any discipline) and above
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support coordination and/or engineering.
