Marketing Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support marketing initiatives across the Blackwell Group. Working closely with the Marketing Lead, you will execute campaigns, manage content, and support digital marketing efforts in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Execute marketing projects and manage timelines from ideation to production, revisions, approvals, and delivery

  • Support the implementation of promotional & branding campaigns, strategies, and KPIs

  • Assist in both online and offline marketing initiatives as required

Content & Digital Marketing

  • Plan and maintain monthly content calendars across digital platforms

  • Produce written content, including social media captions, website copy, EDMs, advertisements, and meta descriptions

  • Contribute creative ideas and content concepts during brainstorming sessions and team discussions

  • Monitor and analyse performance across websites, online advertisements, and social media platforms

  • Prepare reports and recommend optimisations to improve campaign performance

Collaboration & Operations

  • Coordinate with designers, stakeholders, business units, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution

  • Maintain organised archives of marketing assets and documents

  • Stay updated on marketing, social media, advertising, and design trends and best practices

Requirements

Required

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields

  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience

  • Strong command of English with excellent writing, speaking, and comprehension skills

  • Familiarity with:

  • Social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube

  • Advertising platforms: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads

  • EDM platform: Campaign Monitor

  • Google Workspace: Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets

  • Strong critical thinking, creativity, initiative, and time management skills

  • Organised, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects effectively

  • Positive team player who actively contributes ideas, opinions, and constructive feedback

Preferred (Optional)

  • Experience within the finance industry

  • Knowledge or hands-on experience in SEO and website content management

  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English
