Marketing Manager
OVERVIEW
The Marketing Manager is a high-ownership role responsible for the operational excellence and performance optimisation of the Company’s marketing efforts. This role ensures that all marketing activities—across in-store, digital, CRM, and delivery platforms—are executed accurately, tracked rigorously, and continuously improved.
Availability for Singaporean Citizen and PRs only.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Operations
- Own day-to-day marketing operations across in-store, website, social media, and CRM.
- Ensure all campaigns, promotions, and assets are launched on time, error-free, and consistently across channels.
- Maintain the marketing execution calendar and flag risks or dependencies early.
Campaign Execution & Optimisation
- Execute integrated campaigns across social, digital, influencer, PR, and in-store touchpoints.
- Track campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities across creatives, offers, and channels.
- Support A/B testing of promotions, messaging, and mechanics.
Digital & Performance Marketing Support
- Work closely with the digital marketing team on paid media execution, optimisation, and reporting.
- Translate performance data into clear insights and recommended actions.
- Ensure landing pages, delivery listings, and online touchpoints are aligned with active campaigns.
CRM, Promotions & Retention
- Implement CRM journeys including email campaigns, referral programmes, vouchers, and promo codes.
- Ensure promotions are correctly set up across POS, website, and delivery platforms.
- Monitor redemption and retention metrics to assess effectiveness.
Data, Reporting & Insights
- Pull performance data from analytics dashboards (ads, CRM, website, delivery platforms).
- Prepare clear weekly marketing performance summaries with insights, not just numbers.
- Highlight trends, issues, and opportunities to support decision-making.
PR, Influencers & Activations
- Coordinate with PR agencies on tastings, launches, and influencer activations.
- Manage timelines, materials, and execution for PR-led initiatives.
- Ensure activations are aligned with campaign objectives and brand positioning.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- 4–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong experience in marketing operations and performance-driven execution.
- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Experience coordinating with creative teams, digital specialists, and agencies.
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Demonstrates commercial awareness and a strong sense of ownership.
