Marketing & Sales Executive

Identify and create sales lead and business opportunities for modernisation of lifts and escalators
Highlight in house standard package with flexibility based on customers' requirements
Develop and maintain strong understanding of market and industry trend
Prepare proposal, quotations and negotiate contracts
Possess knowledge of tender process, submission and contract terms and conditions
Work closely with teams for execution of projects
Prepare regular report on market performance and sales activities
