Sales Executive

Job Specifications

• Preferred with renovation sales experience & products.

• Prospect and qualify new sales leads.

• Deliver presentations on company products.

• Communicate well with the company production department.

• Develop strong, ongoing relationships with Interior designers and end-user customers.

• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort experience with MCST of Condominium is a plus.

2. Active participation in the strategic planning process, including developing promotions, sharing of market intel, and the customer's feedback, and requirements.

3. Communicate effectively among inter-departments to ensure successful service delivery.

4. Customer excellence in achieving customer satisfaction and referral of businesses.

Requirements/Preference/Details:

Good skills in communication.

Outgoing, Spontaneous character with a good attitude.

Fast learner & ability to adapt to fast pace environment.

Friendly/approachable character.

Direct Sales experience added advantage.

In a Renovation/home fittings environment preferred.

Possess Class 3 driving license/own vehicle.

  • Must be eager for sales/ training provided.

Mainly sales targets are condo owners, contractors, designers, and dealers.

· Leads and Trainings will be provided by the company.
