Massage Therapist/Masseuse

Key Responsibilities:-

• Provide professional massage services to casino patrons in accordance with approved techniques and service standards.
• Ensure all massage treatments are delivered safely, consistently, and in a manner that enhances the overall patron experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness of the massage area, equipment, and tools in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure efficient and timely delivery of massage services.
• Identify and escalate any patron concerns, service issues, or irregularities to the superior promptly.
• Uphold compliance with gambling regulatory requirements, workplace safety standards, and internal operating procedures.
• Support service improvement initiatives by providing feedback on patron preferences, operational challenges, and areas for enhancement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
  

Requirements:-

• Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority’sstatutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age.
• Minimum secondaryschool education with a Massage Therapy certification or relevant professionalcertification.
• Good interpersonaland communication skills, with the ability to engage patrons professionally andcourteously.
• Able to performmanual tasks and massage duties for extended periods.
• Ability to work in afast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
