Massage Therapist

Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage treatments in accordance with company standards and service protocols
• Perform various massage techniques such as body massage, foot reflexology, and relaxation therapies (training will be provided if required)
• Ensure a comfortable, clean, and safe environment for guests before, during, and after treatments
• Conduct basic consultations to understand customers’ needs, preferences, and physical conditions
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation in treatment rooms and work areas
• Prepare and manage massage supplies, linens, oils, and equipment properly
• Follow company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures at all times
• Deliver courteous, professional, and customer-oriented service to enhance guest satisfaction
• Report customer feedback, issues, or equipment problems to the supervisor promptly
• Support team operations and perform other duties as assigned by management
